I joined Gade Surgery in 2017 having completed my GP training locally in Watford. I take a thorough and holistic approach to patient care and enjoy being able to manage care in a collaborative way.
I have a special interest in medical education and hold a number of GP teaching roles at various medical schools. I was nominated outstanding GP Tutor of the Year Award by the University of Cambridge GP Society in 2020 and was awarded outstanding GP Tutor of the Year in 2021. Gade surgery has also been nominated for outstanding GP practice of the Year for two consecutive years in recognition of the support and training we provide to Cambridge medical students.
Together with our students, we have completed numerous quality improvement and safety exercises in the practice for patient care with students going on to publish and present nationally the work they completed at the practice.
I am a GP trainer for junior doctors wishing to pursue a career in General Practice.
I also am a board member of the Rickmansworth and Chorleywood PCN.
