We would like to let patients know that, following the departure of Dr A James, patients previously allocated to them have now been assigned to Dr Minh Ta as their usual GP.
We understand that changes like this can sometimes feel unsettling, but please be assured that your care will continue as normal and our team remains committed to providing you with the highest standard of support.
To help ensure continuity of care and allow time for you and your new usual GP to build an effective working relationship, we kindly ask that patients do not request a change of usual GP within the first six months of this allocation.
Please remember that you can still book appointments with any suitable clinician within the practice, and your usual GP is there to help coordinate your overall care.
