We have an active patient participation group at our practice.

At Gade and Chorleywood Health Centres, we believe that patient feedback is essential to helping us grow and improve. Your experiences, ideas, and suggestions shape the care we provide and the services we offer.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be launching a new combined Patient Participation Group (PPG) for both Gade and Chorleywood Health Centres. This group will give patients a chance to share their views, contribute to service development, and work with us to enhance patient care.
